2721246 Primary Facility 2018-04-18 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Arrived at 12:50. Weather: cold and windy. There are two producing wells on this location. There is a definite sheen on the cellar water of the 2H well. There also appears to be staining adjacent to the 2H cellar on the side closest to the other well. It would appear that there was staining in a similar location which was observed in a 2013 inspection. Contacted Eric Hottenstein and ask him to look into this and get it cleaned up. There is also a slight sheen on the water in the 5H cellar.
2725002 Primary Facility 2018-05-01 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Arrived at 13:30. Weather: sunny and warm. There are two producing wells on this location. Previously there was a sheen on the water in the 2H cellar and a minor sheen on the water in the 5H cellar. The cellars were empty at the time if my inspection.

Tubing pressure was 941 psi, casing pressure was unable to be read at time of inspection and the pay line pressure was 944 psi. There was one annulus vent plumbed to surface that also had a digital pressure gauge on it. The gauge read 5.962 psi. Performed a walk around inspection of location. No violations were noted at time of inspection.
