2850784 Primary Facility 2019-03-08 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Arrived onsite for a routine inspection at 10:22; the weather was ~25°F, calm, and overcast. The gate was open when I arrived.

There were 2 properly tagged Marcellus wells staged for production. Both well cellars were filled with ice. There were 2 GPUs, 2 sand separators and 1 double-walled produced water tank onsite and not in secondary containment. The paint on one of the sand separators was badly cracked (Photo #3).

The field areas around the pad and the pad surface were snow covered. The cut and fill slopes of the pad were free from snow and appeared to be well vegetated. In those areas no erosion or stability issues were noted.

The Department recommends repainting the sand separator if it is necessary to maintain its structural integrity.

No violations noted.
