Andrew Hobbins represented the Department. Nobody was present for Chesapeake.

The inspection was in response to Chesapeake's submission of a two year restoration extension request for the Stalford Location. Staff engineers questioned if storm water was being directed to infiltration area #2. After observing the area it was determined that an earthen berm directs stormwater to infiltration area #2. Infiltration berm #1 was observed to be installed as per the approved ESCGP-2.

One well was in production during the inspection. The well was labeled and no bubbling was observed in the well cellar. One double walled production tank and a GPU were observed on site. Puddles on the pad were low in specific conductivity. No staining was observed on the well pad surface.

No violations were observed during this inspection.
