2685416 Primary Facility 2018-01-23 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Inspection to assess overall site conditions. Some minor corrosion observed on produced water tanks. No violations cited.
2767448 Primary Facility 2018-08-24 Site Restoration No Violations Noted And inspection was conducted at the BDF well pad located in Ulster Township Bradford County in response to a notice of termination received by the department. All temporary erosion and sedimentation control BMPs have been removed. This site meets the requirements for stabilization under chapter 102.22. There were no erosion issues noted and no evidence of spills or release observed. There was one Marcellus well with a well tag installed and two additional cellar with no wells drilled. There are two produced water storage tanks located in secondary containment; the containment appears to be functioning and intact. Minor corrosion was observed on the tanks. All post construction stormwater best management practices have been installed. The notice of termination for this site is recommended for approval. A post drilling site restoration report was received and excepted by the DEP.
