The site sign, E & S plan and weekly inspection logs were on site during the inspection. No erosion or sedimentation issues were observed and the site was well vegetated. Portions of the cut and fill slope were observed to be stabilized with rock. The well pad has not been reduced in size, but PCSM has been addressed at the site.

Two wells were in production during the inspection. Both wells were labeled appropriately. Two production tanks and two GPUs were also on site. No staining was observed on the well pad surface. Puddles on the pad tested low in specific conductivity.

No violations were observed. Based on the conditions observed during the inspec
