Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1965069 Primary Facility 2011-04-12 Routine/Complete Inspection Violation(s) Noted
2078743 Primary Facility 2012-06-21 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Inspection conducted on 6/21/12. Pad repairs have been completed since last inspection. Repaired areas have been hydroseeded, but are far from an established 70% vegetated cover. The 1H and 2H appear to be getting close to being brought on line. All major pieces of equipment necessary to place both wells on line are on site and in place. While inspecting the pad, noticed areas on surface of pad that had a whitish appearance. There was one area of standing water on the pad which had this whitish appearance surrounding it. Tested the standing water with an Extech ExStik 2 conductivity meter. The display indicated that the conductivity was above the meters upper range which is listed at 19.99 mS/cm. Water sample # 0257072 taken of the suspect standing water. Of note is the fact that flow back of the wells was completed on June 8th. Also of note is the fact that calcium chloride may have been utilized for dust suppression on this pad. Hard copy records indicate this is the Taylor S 2H.
