| 2613338 | Primary Facility | 2017-06-29 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | On June 29, 2017, at 1050 hrs., the Department conducted a routine inspection at the Chesapeake Appalachia, LLC, Primrose Location in Standing Stone Township, Bradford County. Andrew Hobbins, Water Quality Specialist, represented the Department. A maintenance worker was on site working on the GPUs during the inspection.
The site sign, E & S plan and weekly inspection logs were on site and available for review. The site was well vegetated and no erosion issues were observed. PCSM has not been addressed at the site. There was one well in production during the inspection. The well was labeled and no bubbling was observed in the well cellar. The two production tanks on site had significant corrosion spots on the exterior of the tank. The liquid within the secondary containment was low in specific conductivity. No staining was observed on the well pad surface. Puddles on the pad surface were low in specific conductivity. The ESCGP-1 for the site has expired. The well pad has not been reduced in |
