2780703 Primary Facility 2018-09-26 Site Restoration No Violations Noted The department received a Notice of Termination (NOT) for the Kinnarney well pad, covered under ESX10-015-0363, on September 21, 2018 which prompted this inspection.

Two wells are staged for production. Well tags are present and no bubbling was observed in the well cellars. Two labeled containers of methanol are on location and are in good condition. Two GPU units and sand separators are present and appear in good condition. Two produced water tanks are present and sit within steel containment. Approximately three inches of water was present in the containment. Containment was in good condition. Some corrosion is present along the bottom of the tanks.

Overall vegetation on side slopes, topsoil stockpile, along access road, and within infiltration areas is greater than 70%. The pad has been permitted to remain at full pad size. Infiltration areas and rock-lined channels provide PCSM and appear to be functioning as designed. No E&S issues observed. Site is stable.

No violations noted.
