There was a well tender at the Cuthbertson pad, however he was on the phone. There were 2 properly tagged Marcellus wells staged for production. There were 6 well cellars onsite. The concrete area around the wells was underwater. There were 2 GPUs, sand separators, and produced water tanks onsite and in secondary containment. The areas around the pad were greater than 70% vegetative cover. No E&S issues were observed. The Walker pad had 1 properly tagged well staged for production. There were 2 cellars filled with water and 1 cellar that appeared to be backfilled. No bubbling was observed. There was 1 GPU, 1 sand separator, and 2 produced water tanks in secondary containment. The areas around the pad were greater than 70% vegetative cover. No E&S issues were observed. The Department recommends submitting an NOT and restoration report if the pads meet restoration criteria.
