All temporary erosion and sedimentation control BMPs have been removed. This site meets the requirements for stabilization under chapter 102.22. There were no erosion issues noted and no evidence of spills or release observed. There was one Marcellus well with a well tag installed and one additional cellar with no well drilled. There are two produced water storage tanks located in secondary containment; the containment appears to be functioning and intact and there was no corrosion observed on the tanks. All post construction stormwater best management practices have been installed. The notice of termination for this site is recommended for approval.
