2627770 Primary Facility 2017-08-07 Site Restoration No Violations Noted On August 7, 2017, the Department conducted a site restoration inspection at the Chesapeake Appalachia LLC, Stethers Location in Wyalusing Township, Bradford County. The Department was represented by Andrew Hobbins, Water Quality Specialist. Nobody was present for Chesapeake.

Generally the pipeline was determined to meet the requirements of 25 Pa Code 102.22(a)(2)(I) Permanent Stabilization. All temporary E & S controls have been removed from the site. The well pad has not been reduced in size, but PCSM has been addressed with the installation of infiltration berms. The infiltration berms were installed as per the approved ESCGP-2. All temporary E & S controls were removed from the site.

Based on the conditions observed during the inspection, the NOT is recommended for approval.

There were 2 properly tagged Marcellus wells staged for production. There were a total of 6 well cellars onsite and filled with water; no bubbling was observed. There were 2 GPUs, 2 sand separators, and 2 produced water tanks onsite.

The area was greater than 70% vegetative cover and no E&S issues were observed.

No violations noted during inspection.
