2531183 | Primary Facility | 2016-10-05 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Arrived at 14:30. Weather: Sunny. There were a total of 3 slots with one well, Harlan S Bra 1H shut-in, locked and tagged. This well is on inactive regulatory status. Annuli were monitored for combustible gas (Altair 5X gas meter, calibrated 10/5/16).
20” x 13-3/8”: no combustible gas detected. 13-3/8” x 9-5/8”: 2% to 3% combustible gas/volume detected, concentrations varied over a period of ¿ 20 sec. There are no violations at this time. Left@ 15:00. |
2552168 | Primary Facility | 2017-01-13 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | The 1H well is in inactive status and is not in production. Two production tanks are on location and within containment. The containment appears to be sufficient in size. No violations noted. |
2734108 | Primary Facility | 2018-05-24 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Arrived at 1:40. Weather: sunny. One producing well on a 3-slot set up. Cellar filled with water. No violations observed. |
2802255 | Primary Facility | 2018-11-13 | Site Restoration | No Violations Noted | A Notice of Termination (NOT) was received by the department on November 5, 2018 which prompted this inspection.
One well is staged for production with on GPU with sand separator. Two steel produced water tanks are present and in good condition. Steel containment with spray-in liner is present and in good condition. Approximately 5 inches of water is present within containment. The conductivity within the containment was 116.7 uS/cm. Post Construction Stormwater Management (PCSM) is handled by three infiltration areas and a series of rock-lined ditches. These structures appear to be functioning as designed and are well-vegetated with greater than 70% vegetation. Side slopes and topsoil stockpile have been stabilized are well-vegetated with greater than 70% vegetation. A steel storage containment and a portable toilet are present on the pad. The department recommends removing this equipment since it is not needed for production. No E&S issues noted. No violations noted. I recommend acknowledging the NOT |
