2692343 Primary Facility 2018-02-02 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On February 2, 2018, the Department conducted a routine inspection at the Chesapeake Appalachia LLC, Ramblinrose Location in Tuscarora Township, Bradford County. Andrew Hobbins represented the Department. Nobody was present for Chesapeake.

The site sign, weekly inspection logs and E & S plan were on site and available for review. The site was snow covered, so no erosion issues were observed and no staining was observed on the pad surface. Most of the cut slope was stabilized with large rock. A series of infiltration berms were installed to address PCSM.

One well was in production during the inspection. The well was labeled and no bubbling was observed in the well cellar. Two production tanks and one GPU were also observed on site. Puddles on the pad surface were frozen, so no conductivity readings were taken.

No violations were observed at the site.

2825474 Primary Facility 2019-01-10 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Arrived onsite for a routine inspection at 12:32; the weather was ~25 °F and breezy. The gate was open when I arrived.

There appeared to be 2 active wells and a plugged well onsite. There was a total of 4 GPUs and sand traps. Also onsite was 1 fiberglass produced water tank.

The containment berm around the pad was greater than 70% vegetated. All other sloped areas were steep and stabilized with rock lining. The bottom of the northeast corner had additional mesh support. There were infiltration berms along the northern edge of the pad. Theses berms contained a small amount of ice during the inspection (Photo # 1).

No violations noted.
