2333461 | Primary Facility | 2014-12-17 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Nomac Drilling Rig #44 is the active drilling rig on the location. I met with Dan Woody, Company Man and consultant of Chesapeake. The Lucy Bra 7H well has been drilled to a total depth of (14,993.22) feet. Chesapeake is in the process of installing production casing. The ground surface of the site is very muddy due to the recent rainfall event and snowmelt. There is quite bit of standing water on and off secondary containment. The standing water will be removed via a vacuum truck in the near future according to Mr. Woody. Rig mats and New Pig Liner is used as secondary containment for the drilling rig and associated equipment. Overall, the containment at the location appeared to be in good condition. |

2647079 | Primary Facility | 2017-10-13 | Drilling/Alteration | No Violations Noted | Workover rig on location. Well not staged for production. All activity within containment. No production equipment on location. |
2725651 | Primary Facility | 2018-04-19 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | I arrive at the site at 12:49. The weather conditions are cloudy skies, cold and windy with snow showers and temperatures in the upper 30's. Crown Oilfield was the CHK subcontractor in the process of welding and installing natural gas production pipeline. The site was quite muddy due to recent precipitation events. Hydraulic fracturing (stimulation) operations recently have been completed on the Lucy Bra 7H well. Hydraulic fracturing plugs have not yet been drilled out and this well has not yet been flowed back. Rig mats and secondary containment used during the frac remain in place. There were some areas of compromised integrity observed in the liner which extend from under the rig mats. I observed a rainbow in color petroleum sheen in water near the wellhead in the center of the pad. I conducted field screening of specific conductance (conductivity) in water on the pad surface and in secondary containment at the site. I recorded elevated readings in the well cellar, in openings on the rig mats where the ma |
2730054 | Primary Facility | 2018-05-15 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Arrived at 13:20. Weather: storm coming. Rig mats still on location. Well not in production but plumbed for production. No violations observed at the time of this inspection. |
2750465 | Primary Facility | 2018-06-27 | Follow-up Inspection | No Violations Noted | I arrived at the site at 12:03. The weather conditions are cloudy skies , breezy with light rain falling and temperatures in the mid 60's. There was no activity or personnel at the site during the inspection. The Lucy Bra 7H well is in production. Rig mats used during completions operations are staged in the corner of the pad adjacent to the site perimeter berm on the fill slope side of the pad. I departed from the site at 13:47. |
2816849 | Primary Facility | 2018-12-14 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Routine inspection completed to assess site conditions. The 7H well is staged for production. One GPU unit is present with sand separator. One double-walled fiberglass produced water tank is present without separate containment.
The pad side slopes, the topsoil stockpile, and the area around the access road within the LOD are stable and well-vegetated. Two PCSMs are present and are holding water. Historical precipitation records show that there has not been measurable precipitation within seven days prior to this inspection. The E&S log on site also notes that the PCSMs have been holding water for some time. The department recommends assessing the functionality of the PCSMs. No E&S issues noted. Site is stable. No violations noted. |
