Vegetative cover on site is greater than 70%, and temporary erosion and sediment control BMPs are still in place. No evidence of accelerated erosion or sedimentation was observed. The electrical conductance of puddles on the well pad was screened and ranged from 350 - 625 uS/cm. A 2-year extension of time for restoring the well site was approved by the Department on 09/17/2016. No violations were cited during this inspection. |
