Temporary erosion and sediment control BMPs have been removed, with the exception of areas to be disturbed during installation of post-construction stormwater management (PCSM) measures. No evidence of accelerated erosion or sedimentation was observed.
A 2-year extension of time for site restoration was approved by the Department on 01/20/2016. As a condition of this approval, PCSM features must be installed by 10/20/2016. At the time of inspection preparation for construction of such features was underway. No violations were cited during this inspection. |
