Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2695521 Primary Facility 2018-02-12 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, well appeared to be producing. Well integrity appeared to be in good condition. There is some minor rust on the well, but does not appear to be posing any issues. Appears to be 3 1/2" inside of 4 7/8 casing. The tubing was hit by a farmer at some point and bent it. There was a hint of gas in the air, but unsure of exact place where gas is coming from. The well was properly labeled. Well was hooked up to a vertical drip. There was also a meter hooked up. Production for 2016 was reported as 315 mcf for 366 days.
