2038051 Primary Facility 2012-01-27 Site Restoration No Violations Noted
2720144 Primary Facility 2018-04-18 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, well was producing gas. Well integrity appeared to be in good condition with no signs of any leaks coming from the well. There was a hint of gas in the air, but I couldn't pinpoint where it was coming from. There was only some rust on the well, but nothing major. All valves for production were open. There was a pump jack, which appeared operable, onsite as well. A separator was being used and there were 2 tanks within an earthen dike at the location. 1 was a 100 bbl steel and the other was a 50 bbl poly tank. Chart had been changed on 4/2. Well was properly labeled. Production was reported for 2027 as 1203 mcf for 330 days.
