Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2653697 Primary Facility 2017-10-24 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted This well falls within the 2000' protective boundary of the Hughes Storage field. An old map shows this well as abandoned, with a TD of 3015'. It is likely the well was plugged, but there is no proof of that, nor is there a well to inspect at ground level. Peoples TWP marked where they believe the well to be, in a alternating corn to soy bean field on the R. A. Labriola property.

At the time of inspection, there was no noticeable problems at the well site. There were no signs of any leaking gas or anything coming up from the ground.
