2854872 Primary Facility 2019-03-18 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of this inspection this well appeared to be n production. The status of this well is listed as an active gas well. The well is a flange attached valve tee (t) style that is closed on both ends. This valve is an approximate 6" diameter valve. This valve is attached to another valve of the same style that is approximately 7" in diameter with an attached shut off valve. That valve is attached to another same style valve that is approximately 3" in diameter. One side of the approximate 3" in diameter valve is a flange that is a blind flange ( not attached to anything). The other side of the valve has an attached approximate 3" in diameter flow/production line that leaves the wellhead assembly and goes into the ground. No violations noted at this inspection.
