2686281 | Primary Facility | 2018-01-24 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | On 1/24/18 at 1133 hrs., I conducted a routine inspection of Diversified's 38077 well (API 047-23760) in Saint Marys City, Elk Co. The well is properly labeled and equipped for production. A well tag is present at the well head and the well pad is permanently stabilized. There are no violations noted for this inspection. |
2699077 | Primary Facility | 2018-02-27 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | This well is shut in and it appears to have leaked fluid onto the ground from a broken regulator. The regulator has a big crack down the side of it. I notified Kevin Jordan, DEP-WQS,about the possible spill so he can test the soil. I detected 100 % methane and 7 ppm H2s on the back side of the 4" pipe, which is vented to the atmosphere. |
2700692 | Primary Facility | 2018-03-01 | Incident- Response to Accident or Event | No Violations Noted | On 3/1/18 at 1007 hrs., I conducted an inspection of Diversified's 38077 well (API 047-23760) in response to a release discovered by OGI Scott Motter. OGI Motter discovered a small release at the well head, coming from a leaking regulator. A release had not been reported to the Department because it was determined by the operator that the release was less than 5 gallons, or non-reportable. This was confirmed upon inspection. Some residual contamination was present in the surface soil beneath the repaired regulator. The Department is requesting that this impacted material be removed. There are no violations noted for this inspection. |
