On 02/21/19 at approximately 1100 hours I conducted a compliance evaluation inspection. The impacted sump had been excavated and replaced. The rip rap at the sump pipe outlet appeared to have been replaced, as it did not exhibit staining observed in the previous inspection. It appeared the spill had been remediated. There were no violations observed at the time of inspection. |
