2848015 Primary Facility 2019-03-05 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted Emergency plugging contract. S&T Service and Supply moved on location and set rig up. Wooden plug removed from casing. Camera was run and located a bridge at approximately 38'. 1 1/2" was run in as an attempt to knock bridge loose. No hole was gained.
2848025 Primary Facility 2019-03-05 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted Contractor arrived on location and bailed a few gallon of oil out of the well. Bridge was driven down to approximately 218'. Clutch went out of rig. Contractor returning to shop, will return tomorrow.
2848720 Primary Facility 2019-03-06 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted NOI hand delivered. Gps coordinates verified.
2849107 Primary Facility 2019-03-06 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted Rig has been fixed and is back to drilling on the obstruction at 218'. After drilling for a couple hours, S&T is thinking that they are drilling new hole in the old water well. They are going to attempt to locate the oil well.
2853757 Primary Facility 2019-03-12 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted An approximate 6x6 hole has been excavated around the water well in search for a gas or oil well. Gas was once again bubbling in the water well. Top of water is approximately 31' down. S&T ran their camera in the well to 202' where bubbles could still be seen. At 210', the bubbles could no longer be seen. We determined that the hydrostatic pressure could be the reason for this. S&T is going to run approximately 150' of 4" on a packer and bail the well in hopes we can determine if gas is coming in from the side or the well or the current bottom at 250'.
2855716 Primary Facility 2019-03-19 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted 180' of 4" was run into the well with a shale trap. S&T bailed approximately 100' of fluid off of the well. Steve Lencer and I ran the Departments camera into the well. We were able to reach 557' and could see occasional gas bubbles. Rob figures that the hole must be a 3.5" hole below where he was drilling. The smaller hole lead Rob to believe he was drilling new hole. He's going to bail more fluid off and run 1 1/2".
