Bailey Hill Rd did not appear to be plowed and/or passible due to recent snowfall. A JKLM company representative was contacted about the status of site construction. The representative stated JKLM is awaiting a permit from the township and has not initiated any earth moving activities at this time. I departed the area at 1145 hours. No violations are noted at this time. |
