2448985 Primary Facility 2016-02-11 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At time of inspection, arrived on site at 11:35 a.m., the cellar was full of gravel, the (8x5) vent pipe was open with 1psi on it and it was connected to the production line. There was 171psi on the production casing and 83psi on the production line. There was no gas detected at the perimeter of the cellar. I took a walk around the location and everything looked OK.

I left the site at 12:10 p.m.

2733193 Primary Facility 2018-05-21 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted I performed a RTNC inspection of the Hardic well site. The wells associated with this site are as follows: 115-20066. It was properly labeled. There was considerable corrosion on the produced water tank. It would be recommended to replace this tank before a release occurs.

The cut and fill slopes were well vegetated. The pad surface and access road were both stable and solid. There did not appear to be any erosional issues at the time of inspection.

There were no violations noted.
