The access road passed through active ag areas and was solid. The cut and fill slopes were well vegetated and stable. There was some farm equipment parked on the pad surface but it had no impact. The wells were properly labeled. There were no erosional issues noted. The wells associated with this site are the 115-20268 and 115-20269.

The weather conditions are partly sunny skies and very windy, with a temperature of 45 degrees Fahrenheit. Patterson UTI Drilling Rig #572 is on the location. The most recent Drilling Resumption After Break of 30 days more notification to the Department on 2/2/19. The notification indicates drilling of the McGavin 21H would commence at 1AM on 2/3/19. Glen Wolf, consultant of CHK, is the company man on the location. The current drilling depth of the McGavin 21H well is (5,303 feet.) Mr. Wolf informed me the following information in relation to site activities. "We are on the McGavin 21H well. The surface and intermediate sections of the well have been cemented. The well will be drilled to total depth at (18,200) feet. The well is being drilled with diesel oil based drilling mud in the vertical section. The 2H and 23H have been drilled to total depth. The wells that were in production are shut in."
