2505307 Primary Facility 2016-07-20 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 7/20/2016, the Department met with representatives from Chief, Aaron Stredny and Keith Kimble. The land owner was also present. Chief asked to meet at the site in order to discuss reclamation options for this site. Chief plugged the 1H last fall, with the Certificate of Well Plugging having been approved by the Department on 12/30/2015. The pad is relatively small and appears to have required very little cut and fill. If Chief chooses to eliminate the pad completely, then Chief would have to re-establish E&S controls, remove all imported stone, return the site to its original contours, seed and mulch, and maintain E&S controls until at least 70% vegetative cover established. Chief also has the option to contact the conservation district and apply for a stormwater NPDES permit and fulfill the regulatory requirements for such a permit.
