2712666 Primary Facility 2018-03-30 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted I inspected the Claude well site on March 30, 2018. This was a RTNC inspection. There was active agriculture surrounding the site. The access road and pad surface was a bit muddy due to recent rains. The cut and fill slopes were small and well vegetated. The slopes were stable. The wells were properly labeled and are as follows:

2750971 Primary Facility 2018-07-12 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted I performed a RTNC inspection of the Claude well pad on 7-2-2018. The wells associated with this site are as follows: 115-20271, 115-20279. The wells were properly labeled. While in the area I met and spoke to the landowner who stated he was having problems with the field below the well pad. The well pad slopes were stable but the ditch surrounding the well pad was discharging onto an active agricultural field (Photo 3). The flow across the field was scouring the topsoil away and preventing the field from being used properly (Photo 2) The landowner tried to address the issue directly with Chesapeake but had no results. The landowner tried to plant the field but has been unable to get satisfactory results due to the topsoil being eroded away (Photo 1). It would be recommended the field be rock-picked and the area re-topsoiled and stabilized as soon as possible. It would further be recommended the water flow velocity from the ditch be addressed to prevent future problems at the site. The field is curre

There were no further violations.
