1939912 | Primary Facility | 2010-12-30 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Chesapeake Appalachia LLC, reported a spill of freswater from a tanker truck that was enroute to the Claude Well Site from the Angie Well Site. Chesapeake stopped the vehicle at the intersection of Transue Road and SR 3005. The water was sampled and determined to be freshwater. I inspected the site and attempted to locate the area of the spill, however, Transue road was receiving active application of Calcium Chloride dust suppressant. I was unable to determine an accurate location. The Angie Well Site has been convereted to a water staging area for the fracking of the Claude Well. I did not note any violations. |

2710821 | Primary Facility | 2018-03-27 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | I inspected the Angie well site on March 27, 2018. I performed a routine complete inspection and found the access road and site to be solid, well vegetated where needed and no erosional issues apparent. The pad surface was solid and the cut and fill slopes were well vegetated. The pad was surrounded by active agriculture and was neat and well maintained.
The wells associated with this site are as follows: 115-20458 115-20393 115-20341 There were no violations noted. |
2748341 | Primary Facility | 2018-07-02 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | I performed a RTNC inspection of the Angie well pad on July 2, 2018. The company's last E&S inspection of this wellsite was on June 28, 2018.
The wells associated with this site are the 20341, 115-20393, 115-20458. The slopes surrounding the site were all very well vegetated with greater than 70% vegetative cover. The vegetation was perennial. The pad surface and access road were dry and hard with no areas of mud. The pad area appeared to match the fullsize site plans which were on site. There was a reduced size site plan which did not match the pad footprint. The wells were properly labeled. There were no violations noted. |
