2712658 Primary Facility 2018-03-30 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted I inspected the Rylee and Kipar well pad on March 30, 2018. A RTNC inspection was performed. The access road was somewhat muddy due to an ongoing timber harvest and recent heavy rains, although all was still solid enough that no mud was being tracked off site. The cut and fill slopes of the Rylee pad were well vegetated and stable and the pad surface was muddy. The cut and fill slopes of the Kipar were stable and well vegetated and the pad was muddy as well. There were no erosional issues noted.
