Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1977864 Primary Facility 2011-06-02 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Patterson 261. Drilling depth 791. Currently cleaning out hole and preparing to run 13 3/8" casing. Secondary containment in place. Observed small amount of solids beyond containment near solids handling area. Informed operator to keep solids on containment. Drilling on air to KOP then switching to SOBM. Drillers log on site and up todate. no water reported. Max gas = 58 u at 550'.
2100313 Primary Facility 2012-07-02 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted
2125176 Primary Facility 2012-10-25 Follow-up Inspection No Violations Noted
2360386 Primary Facility 2015-04-10 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2445763 Primary Facility 2016-02-02 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At time of inspection, arrived on site at 11:15 a.m., the cellar was empty, the (13x9) vent pipe was open and venting to a tank, the (9x5) vent pipe was open with 0psi on it and the valve going to the tank was closed. There was 89psi on the production casing and 971psi on the production line. I took a walk around the location and everything looked OK.

I left the site at 12:00 p.m.

2737318 Primary Facility 2018-05-31 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted I performed a RTNC inspection of the Juser well site. The wells associated with this site are the 115-20507, 115-20509, 115-20510, 115-20511, 115-20520, 115-20521. The wells were properly labeled.

The long, winding access road and pad surface were solid and stable despite overnight rainfall.

There was some slight corrosion on the production tanks but there did not appear to be any serious rust or perforation.

The cut slope was rocky and vegetated where possible and there did not appear to be any areas of instability.

There was good vegetation on most of the fill slope and anywhere not well vegetated was quite rocky. The fill slope was stable as well.

There did not appear to be any areas of instability on site.

There were no violations observed.
