Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1987218 Primary Facility 2011-07-06 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Patterson 261. Drilling on air. Site lined with plastic and matting. Drillers log on site and up to date. 4 more wells on pad after this well. Noted with company man that containment along solids handling area needs maintenance. cement reports on 13 3/8" and 9 5/8" show good cement returns. No violations observed.
2100314 Primary Facility 2012-07-02 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted
2125178 Primary Facility 2012-10-25 Follow-up Inspection No Violations Noted
2360395 Primary Facility 2015-04-10 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2445765 Primary Facility 2016-02-02 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At time of inspection, arrived on site at 11:15 a.m., the cellar was full of water with no bubbling noticed, the (13x9) vent pipe was open and venting to a tank, the (9x5) vent pipe was open with 4psi on it and the valve going to the tank was closed. There was 59psi on the production casing and 939psi on the production line. I took a walk around the location and everything looked OK.

I left the site at 12:00 p.m.

2737310 Primary Facility 2018-05-31 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted I performed a RTNC inspection of the Juser well site. The wells associated with this site are the 115-20507, 115-20509, 115-20510, 115-20511, 115-20520, 115-20521. The wells were properly labeled.

The long, winding access road and pad surface were solid and stable despite overnight rainfall.

There was some slight corrosion on the production tanks but there did not appear to be any serious rust or perforation.

The cut slope was rocky and vegetated where possible and there did not appear to be any areas of instability.

There was good vegetation on most of the fill slope and anywhere not well vegetated was quite rocky. The fill slope was stable as well.

There did not appear to be any areas of instability on site.

There were no violations observed.
