Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2074549 Primary Facility 2012-06-08 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2734172 Primary Facility 2018-05-24 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted I performed a RTNC inspection of the GB well site. The wells associated with this site are as follows: 115-20618(plugged), 115-20619(plugged), 115-20648(plugged), 115-20650 (plugged), 115-20647, 115-20649. The active wells were properly labeled.

The access road and pad surface were stable and solid with active farming occurring alongside. There were a few wet areas on the pad due to recent rain.

The slopes surrounding the elevated pad were well vegetated except in areas too rocky to permit good growth. There did not appear to be any areas of erosional issues occurring.

There were no violations observed at the time of inspection.
