2722337 Primary Facility 2018-04-24 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted I performed a RTNC inspection of the Tyler location. The access road was solid, as was the pad surface. The cut and fill slope were both stable, with adequate vegetation. There was evidence of extensive past repairs of both the cut and fill slopes. The well was properly labeled. The well associated with this site is as follows: 115-20708.

There were no erosional issues noted.

There were no observed violations.
