2152151 Primary Facility 2013-03-28 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted
2592080 Primary Facility 2017-05-10 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted I inspected the Cook well site on 5/10/17. The site had recently been inspected by my colleague, Jon Sassi due to a deficient tank which had corroded causing a release to containment. The tank was still in place, and there was staining on the both produced fluid tanks indicating corrosional issues were ongoing. The containment did not have much fluid in it. The site was stable, with no evidence of any erosion problems occurring at the present time.

There were no violations noted.
