"We plan on discharging storm water from tank containments this Thursday 4/28/16 starting at 10:00 AM on the Tinna Well Pad in Wyoming County and then heading to the Maris Well Pad in Susquehanna County.” Darrin Chaffee, CHK Water Technician and I arrived at the location at 13:05. Prior to the commencement of discharging the storm water in the production fluid tank containment structure, Mr. Chaffee and I visually assessed the water in the containment for evidence of a visual sheen or discoloration, foam or scum buildup on the surface and a significant amount of sediment. We did not observe sheen, foam or scum buildup on the surface of the water, a significant amount of sediment or any unusual odors in the water.
