2721798 Primary Facility 2018-04-19 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted I inspected the Rosiemar well site on April 19, 2018. I performed a RTNC inspection. The wells associated with this site are as follows: 115-21402, 115-21473, 115-21516.

The access road was solid and stable, although the pad surface was rather soft but not unstable.

Both the cut and fill slopes were stable and well vegetated. There were no erosional issues noted.

The wells were all clearly labeled.

There were no violations observed.
