2718700 Primary Facility 2018-04-16 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted I performed a RTNC inspection of the Parkhurst Well Site. The wells associated with this site are as follows: 115-21541, 115-21542, 115-21543. The wells were properly labeled. The access road was firm and well maintained as it passed through active agriculture. The pad surface was solid. The cut and fill slopes were well vegetated. There were no erosional issues noted.
