2661914 | Primary Facility | 2017-11-16 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | I arrived at the site at 12:49. I was accompanied by Matt Shope, PA DEP O&G WQS during the inspection. Rain had recently ended. It was breezy with temperatures near 40 degrees. We met with Cody Blanton, completions consultant, site company man of CHK in the company man trailer. Mr. Blanton stated the following regarding site activities. "Mercer Well Service is the rig at the site drilling out frac plugs on the Kipar S Sus 6H well. The rig arrived here yesterday. This is the first well to drill out plugs. Frac was finished recently. The Kipar 1H and 5H were in production but are currently shut in. Plugs will also be drilled out on The N Sus 2H, 3H and Davis Sus 3H. Thus far (28) plugs have been drilled out the 6H. There are (36) total to drill out. The plugs are about (180) feet apart. We use (9.5) pounds per gallon brine water which is mainly production fluid from CHK wells or treated fluid from CHK Sharer site, to drill out the plugs. Chemicals used are polymer (gel) to help get the plug parts and sand out |

2712649 | Primary Facility | 2018-03-30 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | I inspected the Rylee and Kipar well pad on March 30, 2018. A RTNC inspection was performed. The access road was somewhat muddy due to an ongoing timber harvest and recent heavy rains, although all was still solid enough that no mud was being tracked off site. The cut and fill slopes of the Rylee pad were well vegetated and stable and the pad surface was muddy. The cut and fill slopes of the Kipar were stable and well vegetated and the pad was muddy as well. There were no erosional issues noted.
The wells associated with this site are as follows: 115-20424 115-20426 115-21851 115-21852 115-21853 115-21854 115-20592 115-20593 115-21702 115-21703 There were no violations observed. |
