The impoundment was frozen and snow covered. According to the last routine E&S inspection (1/30/17) there was an estimated 5' of freeboard. No violations cited during the inspection. TLT |

The weather was 33 degrees partly cloudy. Winds WNW 15 mph. There was no activity onsite during the inspection.
Three wells were observed in production onsite, the Phoenix 590628, 590809 and 590806. Additionally, there are three active well permits, the Phoenix 590811, 590812 and 590813 that were issued 2/17/2017, but have not been drilled yet. An aboveground storage tank (AST) labeled "freshwater only" was observed onsite. A temporary water line is connected to it. Adjacent to the pad is the Pad E impoundment. The impoundment appeared to have adequate free board and was frozen over and snow covered at the time of the inspection. No violations are noted at this time. Please address any deficiencies noted. I departed the site @1300 hours. |
