2575663 Primary Facility 2017-03-20 Compliance Evaluation Outstanding Violations - Viols Req'd Before inspecting well spoke with farm owner about well history. She indicated the well had been feeding gas to the farmhouse when they first bought the farm, but had been disconnected "some time ago" later clarified as at least several years ago. Inspection shows well unchanged since last inspections. Annulus is open and gassing off. A clear hydrocarbon odor is present. Tubing is only held in place by bails from a service rig and not packed off with a well head. The well appears shut in and not producing although there is black plastic pipe in the ground from the well, but the valves are all shut. There is a drip/knockout near the well that appears to be abandoned. No production has been reported since 2006.
