Moved onto this well on 6/27/16 and resumed drilling at 52 ft. KB. The 18 5/8” casing was set at 676 ft. on 6/27/16 and cemented to surface with 62 bbls returned. The 13 3/8” casing was set at 934 ft. on 6/29/16 and cemented to surface with 5 bbls returned. Coal was found from 886 ft. to 890 ft. A basket was set at 846 ft. The 9 5/8” casing was set at 2573 ft. on 6/30/16 and cemented to surface with 35 bbls returned. A Caing Annulus Packer was set in the 9 5/8” casing string at 1780 ft. TD was at 6250 ft. on 7/3/16.

2549466 Primary Facility 2017-01-04 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Patterson-UTI Drilling Rig #294

Moved onto this well on 12/27/16 and resumed drilling at 6265 ft. KB. KOP was at 6265 ft. EOB was at 8458 ft. MD (7898 ft. TVD). TD was at 13,932 ft. MD (7900 ft. TVD) on 1/1/17. The 5 ½” casing was set at 13,923 ft. Estimated TOC is at 6978 ft.

2700363 Primary Facility 2018-02-26 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted This well has been completed and is now producing.
2705002 Primary Facility 2018-03-07 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Today I conducted a routine inspection at the Cogar well pad and the following was observed.

Proper signs were displayed identifying the site. EQT currently has a rig on site and is drilling 1 of 6 new wells. The well heads onsite are contained inside subsurface vaults covered with equipment for the drilling process and could not be visually inspected. The production tanks were in good condition no leaks , rust or defects observed. Secondary containment for the site was intact and maintained.

The site had some stabilization issues on the SW side of the access road. I there was some slides forming inside and outside the LOD. I spoke with Brian Morris from EQT about the issue and we arranged a site inspection on 3/13/18 at 1:30pm to discuss the plan for stabilizing that area.

2709736 Primary Facility 2018-03-13 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Today I conducted a routine inspection at the Cogar well pad and the following was observed.
