2134013 Primary Facility 2013-01-29 Follow-up Inspection No Violations Noted
2135409 Primary Facility 2013-01-29 Follow-up Inspection Outstanding Violations - No Viols Req'd Arrived at the site at 10:00. I was accompanied by Matt Shope, DEP WQS. There was no activity at the site. The recent frac job has been completed and all equipment has been moved off location. The ground was frozen on the access road and the Well Pad; including the Southeast Corner of the Well Pad where the brine leak was discovered on 1-17-13. We departed from the site at 10:15. In a phone conversation with Mary Maryott of Chesapeake at 12:15 PM on 1-29-13, she indicated to me that Chespeake has not yet excavated the area of the surface of the ground on the Well Pad where the brine leak was discovered, due to frozen ground. The plan is to scrape the surface of the ground in this area and perform characterization and background sampling of the excavated material. I requested that Chespeake notify the Department when the excavation and sampling will take place, provide the amount of material excavated and sent off-site for disposal, the amount of fluid lost from the leak and sample results.
2219245 Primary Facility 2013-11-05 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted well in production, 12million day average well head and annuli show no leaks 2750#
2245142 Primary Facility 2014-02-12 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Cellar has some snow.
