(2) other wells slots on location have had conductors plugged and well cellars filled with gravel. These well slots were for the Jokah 2H and 4H wells. -Inspection of the Jokah 5H well showed: Well was in production. Production tree top and production line pressures were being monitored by SCADA press gauges w/ LED readouts. (3) annular vents were present at wellhead. The (5/P) and (9x5) annuli vents were shut in to SCADA press. monitors w/ LED readouts. The (13x9) vent was open and venting to prod. tank w/ a SCADA press. monitor in line. The well cellar was half full of water, no bubbling was noted at time of inspection. - It appears this well is producing through production casing. The production tree top pressure was 1096.6 psi. and the production line press. was 1092.0 psi. At time of inspection. -*The (9x5) annular vent was shut in to SCADA gauge reading 90.1 psi.
