The access road was in ok condition. A Site ID and E&S plan were posted onsite. E&S controls were in place. Pits were constructed. Some water was beginning to collect in the pits. Drill cutting disposal should be monitired to be sure they are not placed within the seasonal high water table, No accelerated erosion was observed at the time of inspection.

A Site ID and E&S plan were posted onsite. E&S controls were in place. No accelerated erosion was observed at the time of inspection.

A Site ID and E&S plan were still posted onsite. A well tag was present. One tank was surrounded with a dike. The site was restored and vegetation was coming in nicely. No accelerated erosion was observed at the time of inspection.
2111656 2012-10-31 No Violations Noted John Ley WQS, SWRO was on site to conduct an inspection. At the time of the inspection, the well site sign and label were on site. The well was drilled and equipped for production. The associated well apparatus located onsite appeared to be in sound working condition. There were no erosion or sedimentation issues. The area around the pad meets the 70% uniform vegetative coverage.
