1196463922 2006-06-07 The tank battery is shared with permit 0866 and consists of 1-210 bbl and 1-100 bbl storage tanks, 1-buried concrete salt water tank, 2-separators and a dike.
1216i495 2002-05-16 Obtained GPS coordinates. Wellhead stuffing box leak needs to be removed and properly disposed of. Approximate size is four feet across. There is a new storage tank present but no identification posted. Post proper identification.
-1384767780 2013-05-09 I received a call from Howard Barnes regarding two wells on his property. Neither well has been produced for at least 1.5 years. In reviewing production records posted to RBDMS, production has been reported each year from 1986 through 2011. There does not appear to be a production report for 2012. Mr. Barnes indicated that the well has been inactive since 2011. I inspected the well. The well has a pump jack. The bridle on the horse's head is slack. It appears that the well's pumpjack is inoperable due to possible downhole problems. Mr. Barnes does receive house gas from this well, and the hook-up is still active. There is a gas meter at the tank pad for the well, but the chart on it has not been changed since September, 2012. On June 10, 2013, I called and spoke with Mr. Pat Ervin of Atlas, and discussed the wells. Mr. Ervin indicated that an authorization for expenditure (AFE) for a workover had just been approved, and that he was in the process of scheduling a service rig. He is to let me know when the rig is to arrive on site.
53577702 2002-05-21 Contamination removed. Met on site with company to observe removal. Recommend case be resolved.
82977672 2002-08-12 Meets requirements.
