| I am on site today to plug back another well on this pad. While I was waiting on cement trucks the Rat Hole Drilling crew began drilling this well. I feel this well will collapse and should not be drilled with an Auger type rig. Later I received a call from Inspector Grimm who is covering the plug back and he advised that this well had collapsed and will need to be plugged back. This well did collapse to the point that there was no hole to plug back. Inspector Grimm advised them to bring in a deep reaching Backhoe and dig down and then back fill with rock and stone.
