-1097793910 2011-12-02 Kilbarger Drilling Rig 17 is starting to move on location and should spud late tonight. No violations at this time.
-1098948624 2012-01-11 The drilling pits have been solidified and covered over.
-1297263145 2011-12-14 Kilbarger and Baker Tool have successfully jarred the stuck collars and are recovering them at this time. They should be back to drilling later tonight or early tomorrow morning.
-1379460900 2012-01-26 The drilling pits have been solidified and covered over and the well has been fraced. Universal is on site to monitor flowback volumes and pressures. No violations at this time.
-1532719012 2011-12-22 Kilbarger reached total depth on 12/17, mixed mud and started out of the hole. After pulling 2-1/2 stands, the pipe hung in the hole. At this point they could circulate but could not move uphole or downhole. All attempts to free the pipe, including unloading the hole and jarring were unsuccessful. During these attempts, circulation was lost and not recovered. Dominion ran a free point and Kilbarger backed the collars off leaving one collar, changeover sub and bit in the hole. Dominion ran a gyro and found the hole was straight. Kilbarger is preparing to run open ended drill pipe into the hole in order to set a kickoff plug. After the plug is set (later tonight), directional drillers will deviate around the equipment still in the hole and Kilbarger will again attempt to complete the well.
-1893142174 2011-12-22 Kilbarger Drilling reached TD at 4223' on December 17. After circulating for two hours, Kilbarger started out of the hole and became hung after pulling 2-1/2 stands (approximately 150'). Kilbarger went back to bottom and circulated for another two hours and hung again at the same spot. This time, they could not move uphole or downhole. After jarring and working the pipe for two days, the rig broke down and the decision was made to plug back the well and deviate to the west. On December 21, Kilbarger backed off the bottom collar and prepared to spot a cement kickoff plug. On December 22, Universal spotted a 100 sack plug from 3987' to 3675'. Universal broke and maintained circulation throughout the job. Plug down at 22:43 on December 22. Kilbarger tripped out of the hole to the bottom of surface casing and will shut down until December 27.
-388953942 2011-12-12 Kilbarger Rig 17 is drilling ahead on fluid at 3800'. The pits are fenced, lined and in good condition.
-708927146 2011-11-15 Dominion has a contractor on site to clear stumps before Daley Excavating starts grading the location. The lease road has been installed and the required identification is posted.
1085596361 2011-01-09 Change in inspection type from Urban Drill to Storage well. Dominion personnel are on site to install the wellhead assembly. The pits are pumped down, fenced, lined and in good condition. Solidification is now scheduled for tomorrow morning.
1240898917 2011-12-13 Kilbarger Rig 17 is hung in the hole at 3952'. The plan is to back off the drill pipe/collars at the nearest free point and jar the remaining pipe out.
1324655102 2011-12-15 Kilbarger Drilling Rig 17 is back to drilling on fluid at 4025'. Anticipate reaching total depth tomorrow. The pits are fenced, lined and in good condition. The location and lease road have deteriorated due to activity and rainfall. Additional restoration work will be necessary when the time comes.
1325007117 2011-12-21 Kilbarger is hung in the hole and has had no success jarring. The plan now is to backoff at 4032 leaving one collar, changeover sub and bit in the hole and plug back 300+'. The hole will then be deviated 50' to the west.
1325553260 2011-12-27 Kilbarger Rig 17 is going back to drilling and tagged the top of the kick plug at 3621'. The hole will be deviated to the west approximately 50' and will bypass the lost hole, drill collar and bit. The drilling pits are fenced and lined. No violations at this time.
1326731757 2012-01-06 Kilbarger Rig 17 has moved off location. The pits are fenced, lined and in good condition. The pits are scheduled to be solidified next week.
