Secondary containment, and tertiary containment for number areas on the well pad was implemented as outlined. All access road and site erosion controls had been implemented as outlined in the E&S plan contained within the ESCGP. All erosion controls appeared to be maintained and functioning properly. There was no observed accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the site or access road.

The rig is in the process of exiting the site. Because of the large volume of vehicle traffic, the Department did not inspect the whole site due to safety concerns.

All paperwork and equipment on site looked ok. At the rime of this inspection the #4 Mushroom Farm well was being monitored. All equipment on site looked ok.
