All site and access road erosion controls had been implemented and maintained properly. With the upcoming precipitation forecasted the Department recommends the operator inspect the collection ditch in between the pad and impoundment and the rock outlet area for the sed trap to insure their continued proper function. There was no observed accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the site or access road. There was an Act 9 sign located onsite in accordance with 25 Pa Code Chapter 78a.55(i). Drilling for 007-20514 Per B22 2H was ongoing at the time of the inspection. Secondary containment was located onsite and in use. 11 wheeled storage tanks were located onsite, 9 of which were located within tertiary containment. Additionally the vast majority of other containers located onsite were also within tertiary containment.
